Lori is dedicated to making Brainrider better for clients and fellow ‘Riders! She is highly engaged, passionate, and a committed, action-oriented leader and doer. Lori believes in the power of a team and working collaboratively across channels, departments and partners, as a trusted advisor. She aims to inspire, motivate and leverage the strength of all team members to create relevant and meaningful work that drives results that matter.

Lori has over 14 years marketing communications experience across agency, client side and as a one-woman show. Lori has helped drive integrated thinking, leading the development and execution across a wide variety of strong brands in the B2C and B2B space. Lori is a returning ‘Rider: she was part of the initial core start-up team and has now returned for a 2nd tour of duty.



Anastasia Valentine

Anastasia Valentine is the Vice President of Marketing and award-­winning product strategist at Versature. She has a solid track record of over 20 years of experience bringing products to market from idea through to commercialization globally. At Versature, she leads the multi­-disciplined marketing team with a customer centric and data-driven approach. In the past, she has held leadership, technical and marketing roles in organisations such as Sandbox, Cognos, IBM, Jetform/Adobe and with technology startup companies. As well, she is a strong advocate for women in STEM professions: she is the advisor and board member to hEr Volution and is a regular keynote speaker at industry conferences.



Catia Rocha

Catia works with the web team at Brainrider to deliver beautifully engaging B2B websites and graphics to clients. Although she has a passion for web, Catia also doubles as Brainrider’s in-house designer; she loves learning about website strategy and digital marketing, and she has extensive experience in many different development and creative tools.

Websites developed by Catia are optimized in mobile, site speed, accessibility, and security. They are also delivered with a certified code validation stamp to ensure neat, valid, and efficient code. When building websites, Catia focuses great attention on user experience of both the admin end and front-end of websites making them extremely easy to navigate and use.



Matteo DiGiovanni

B2B Marketing Specialist at Brainrider

As a B2B Marketing Specialist and Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, Matteo streamlines and supports the delivery of new content, and brings thoughtful marketing strategy to Brainrider’s Web team. He is a triple-threat with experience in planning, account service, and code execution.

Before his career in marketing, Matteo worked as a cooking school chef. He combined a love of cooking (and eating) with his focus on cheerful customer service to deliver memorable lessons for every guest. He holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Toronto, majoring in English and in History of Science.

Mathew is the head of thought leadership for B2B marketing at Salesforce.com. Listed as the one the top 10 most influential B2B marketing thought leaders by Onalytica, and one of the Top 5 Marketers Under 30 by Technology Association of Georgia, Mathew is a new breed of marketer born digital, and social.

A consummate writer, he authors a column for Clickz.com on marketing automation, writes for multiple blogs, and has been featured in publications such as Marketing Automation Times, Moz, Mashable, DemandGen Report, Marketing Sherpa, and is the author of Marketing Automation for Dummies (Published by Wiley February 2014).

His work has been quoted in several books including “The Digital Marketer”, “The ReTargeting Playbook”, and “The Complete Guide to B2B Marketing”.



Jordan Stevens

A content development expert, Jordan helps brands tell their stories using words, sounds and images. With extensive experience across a wide variety of industries and business functions, and having created brand communications an media for multiple channels, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge to any content creation project.

Jordan’s career began in audio branding, helping companies understand their signature sound and how it could improve their brand perception. After leaving the world of music, Jordan joined Koodo Mobile pitching in to define their social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing strategies. Jordan is also both Google Analytics and Google AdWords certified.

Having been a part of explosive growth at two of Kitchener­Waterloo’s top B2B software start-
ups, Magnet Forensics and currently Axonify, Lindsay knows what it takes to build a strong brand, marketing infrastructure and demand generation strategy from the ground up.

One of the most critical elements of that mix is a great lead generating website, which is what Lindsay is responsible for (and recently re­built from the ground up) in her role as Director of Marketing Communications at Axonify.

Lindsay holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Information & Technoculture from Western University, and a post­graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.



Nicole Hanks

Nicole oversees Sales Cloud Programs at Brainrider, which focuses on Pardot, Salesforce Engage, Strategic Salesforce Sales Cloud Engagements, and Training. Before joining Brainrider, she was a member of both the ExactTarget acquisition of Pardot and the Salesforce acquisition of ExactTarget. Nicole played a crucial role in Pardot’s growth and market expansion. While during her 5+ years at Pardot, she lead the global support organization, created and developed the training and certification team(product and sales enablement), and was the key leader for the Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant certification at Dreamforce in 2014. Her last role at Salesforce was with Salesforce University leading the training initiatives for emerging products and clouds.

With over ten years professional experience in a unique combination of public, private and non­profit organizations, Nicole’s background in client services, training, technology implementation, and operations gives her a holistic perspective when approaching business situations and challenges.



Ben Harrison

Ben leads the Marketing Programs team at Brainrider where he is focused on helping customers grow their sales and marketing pipeline. He brings deep technical Pardot and Salesforce expertise to the table, and has a proven track record for acquiring new business through the online channel. Immediately prior to joining Brainrider, Ben led the marketing team of a Toronto based SaaS firm over a five year period of sustained and profitable 30%+ year-over-year growth.

By staying focused on the business objectives of customers, Ben helps Brainrider’s clients win more business.



Olivia Borges

As a Marketing Programs Manager & Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, Olivia works with enterprise clients to deliver digital marketing solutions that position brands as thought leaders. She is focused on developing pipeline strategies that enable clients to attract high-quality leads at all levels of the sales funnel. Prior to joining the Programs team, Olivia worked extensively with the Website and Content teams at Brainrider to help businesses tell their stories where their consumers are — online.



Matt Tummon

Regional Vice­ President at Pardot

Matt Tummon is a Regional Vice­ President at Pardot and is based in Toronto. In his role he is responsible for the commercial sales in Canada and N/E United States. Prior to joining Pardot, Matt had spent the past 15 years working at various hi­tech companies from HP to Taleo to LinkedIn. Matt has a Bachelors Degree from McMaster University and resides in Oakville, ON.



Frédérick Ranger

Director of Brand and Marketing Communications at Yellow Pages

Frédérick is known to be a passionate storyteller/listener and marketing leader focused on connecting people with brands through engaging content made for the real‐time world. He has developed a framework that helped brands such as CBC/Radio‐Canada, Montreal Jazz Festival, Astral Media, TELUS, Tourism Montréal and most recently Yellow Pages to succeed in the digital, social and mobile world.

This framework has lead the teams he worked with to developed cutting edge marketing communications strategies and campaigns that won many awards across the country. As an example, it helped to propelled the telco giant TELUS to the #1 telecom Brand position and the #2 overall Brand on Facebook in Canada. Another great example is the work his team did in 2014 with Tourism Montréal.

With more than 15 years of experience in B2B content development, Josh brings a wealth of writing and content creation expertise to the team at Brainrider. Josh has worked in a wide variety of print and digital marketing methods over the years, developing content that helps organizations big and small communicate effectively and efficiently to both clients and prospects.

Prior to joining Brainrider, Josh managed the content marketing efforts at Livingston international, where he was also responsible for managing the organization’s sales enablement initiatives.



Claire Bazley

Jon Kane

Content Marketing Manager at Medgate

Jon Kane is Content Marketing Manager at Medgate, an award-winning B2B software company, based in Toronto.

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Jon has over a decade of experience writing for audiences online and building digital marketing campaigns. At Medgate, Jon uses Pardot and Salesforce.com to help tightly integrate the activities of marketing and sales, contributing to sustained double-digit growth. He manages all of Medgate’s content development efforts, producing video and motion graphics, as well as copywriting and copyediting.

Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde, and a Master’s degree (with distinction) in Business and Operations Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
